Handwerktentoonstelling van Naald en Draad te Schoten

Op 17-18-19-20 juni 2010 vindt er in het Kasteel van Schoten, Kasteeldreef 61 te Schoten een handwerktentoonstelling plaats.
Zeker de moeite waard om langs te gaan. Je kan er terecht vanaf 10.00 uur.
Hopelijk mogen we er veel zielsgenoten ontmoeten. Er zal patch- en quiltwerk getoond worden van de cursisten en ook veel borduurwerk en andere leuke dingen.

The 17th-18th-19th and 20th of June 2010 there will be a showing in Schoten, Kasteeldreef 61.  It's a craftsmen exhibition!

Certainly worth passing by. You can visit from 10.00 untill 16.00. Hopefully I will meet a lott of people with the same interest. Even voorstellen

Na zoveel mooie blogs gezien te hebben, vond ik het tijd om zelf ook maar iets op te starten.
Sinds jaar en dag heb ik een passie voor handwerk, voornamelijk breien, haken, kruissteek en borduren. Tot ik in januari 2009 het virus van patchwork en quilten te pakken kreeg.
Ik ben nog steeds niet genezen en hoop dat ik nog lang van dit virus niet zal genezen!

Ik ben geboren op 3 juli 1966, ben sinds 10 september 1988 getrouwd met Erik. Samen hebben we twee dochters, Yana en Margot (momenteel 18 en 15 jaar). We wonen in Antwerpen (België).

Momenteel ben ik nog vaak taxi, maar ik heb hoop dat ik binnenkort nog wat meer tijd kan vrijmaken voor mijn hobbies, of zal ik passies zeggen...

Ik hoop jullie af en toe iets leuks te kunnen laten zien, maar merk wel dat ik heel veel te leren heb. Dat vind ik trouwens leuk.
Als jullie dingen zien die ik beter anders zou doen... tips en tricks zijn altijd welkom.

After having seen so many beautiful blogs I found it time to start one myself. Since ever I have had a passion for hand work, mainly knitting, crochet, cross stitching and embroidey. Until I got the virus of patchwork and quilting in January 2009. I have not been healed still and hope that I will not heal at all of this virus! I'm born on 3rd of July 1966, have been since 10 September 1988 married to Erik. Together we have two beautifull daughters, Yana and Margot (at present 18 and 15 years). We live in Antwerp (Belgium). At the moment I feel like a cab-driver, but I forsee in the near future to have more time for my hobbies, or should I say time for my passion… I hope to show you something nice from time to time, but make sure you know I have a lot to learn.
